Payment Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026
This policy explains the current SabKi Sawari payment model. It does not announce a payment provider as live unless that provider is configured and available in the app.
1. Currency and trip fares
All amounts are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). In the current launch model, passengers pay the displayed trip fare directly to the driver in cash. A fare shown for one trip does not guarantee the same fare for another trip.
2. Security Hold
A booking may require a Security Hold from the passenger deposit wallet. The current default is 50% of the booking fare, subject to the settings shown in the app. A hold reserves wallet balance; it is not the cash trip fare.
3. Wallets
Passenger wallets support Security Holds and releases. Driver and Owner commission wallets support commission accounting. Wallet entries record credits, holds, releases, fees, penalties, adjustments and other supported events.
4. Wallet top-ups
When a configured payment option is available, the app displays it during top-up. If an online gateway is unavailable, a top-up may be submitted for manual review. Never send money using details received outside the official app or verified support channel.
5. Pending, failed and duplicate transactions
A pending top-up is not usable balance until confirmed. Failed transactions are not treated as successful. If you see a possible duplicate debit, do not retry repeatedly; contact support with the date, amount and transaction reference. SabKi Sawari verifies provider status before crediting gateway-funded balance.
6. Cancellations and wallet releases
Cancellation charges and Security Hold releases follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Eligibility is determined by SabKi Sawari's booking rules. Any separate bank or payment-provider reversal can take additional time controlled by that provider.
7. Refunds and reversals
SabKi Sawari first determines whether an amount is eligible for release, correction or reversal. Provider processing time begins only after an approved reversal is submitted. No universal provider processing time is promised on this website.
8. Unauthorized or disputed activity
Report suspected unauthorized activity promptly to support@sabkisawari.com. Include only transaction references and relevant facts. Never email passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, CVVs or wallet PINs.
9. Payment providers
Payment providers process transactions under their own terms and regulatory obligations. Display of a payment option inside the app indicates current availability for that transaction; this website does not imply endorsement or merchant activation by PayFast or Easypaisa.
